We are often asked the same thing and at times find ourselves amused by the questions we receive from day to day. So we hope this gives you more insight into what we do and at the very least, may it leave you entertained.
How did you come up with the name Sketch? In the same way our ice cream is made with the purest ingredients, similarly a sketch is the purest form of ideas.
Where do you make the ice cream and baked goods? Our ice cream, cakes and sweet treats are all made in our shop daily. In small batches, we churn the ice cream, hand mix the chocolate and cut the fruits all in the premises.
Do you make ice cream cakes? Why yes we do. If you love our ice cream then you’ll love an entire Sketch cake. We request that you give us at least 72 hours in advance so we can make it just right.
Do you offer dairy-free options? Sure we do. We offer sorbets and sketchsicles in many seasonal varieties. We also have a few dairy-free pastries such as the olive oil cakes and coconut macaroons.
Are you planning to open other shops? We often get asked this question and for now this is the one and only Sketch. Never say never, right? So someday, if asked again, we may just open another.
Do we cater? All of our hand-crafted products are available for your next event–an office party, birthday, anniversary, wedding or just because. We offer individual ice cream cups, sketchsicles, ice cream cakes, cookies, cakes, pastries and or candies. Give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Ooh, you guys make marshmallows? Yup. Out of everything in this store, you mention the marshmallows? But hey, people love them. Pop ‘em in your mouth, put them in your hot chocolate or make the ultimate s’more. By the way, the dark flecks inside are cocoa nibs!
Do you take credit cards? We do now, thanks to square :)
Why did my cookies (or cakes) shrink? Would you believe it if we told you our daughter stuck them in the dryer and they shrunk? Just kidding. We just felt that our bite-sized pastries would allow you to try and treat yourself to different things.
What’s a “3 buck” puck? Its our play on TJ's 2 buck chuck. Thanks TJ for the inspiration. "3 buck" pucks are pre-packed cups of ice cream or sorbets with lids for $3. For those who like hard ice cream...we've got you covered. What a great party idea!

How come you don’t have my favorite flavor? You must know that it wasn’t intentional. With the millions of flavors out there...it’s almost hard to keep up with everyone’s favorites. Maybe you should just come everyday!
